Health is important for everyone. If you are in good health, you could spend your life happily.
I read the book about a woman which was breast cancer. She died at 24 years old. Before she died, she wore her wedding dress and wedded with her boyfriend. But it wasn't real. I think she wanted to marry, and enjoy her life more and more.She kept up it for live.
Do you think it is natural for you to be in good health? I think anyone become probable illness. So, I think you should try to keep your health for yor life. I'll do ,too.

Essay Overweight and Obesity in Australia
It found the number of overweight people in Australia is increasing from statistics. This is causing serious health problems.
After 1995, the percentage of overweight and obesity are rising both males and females. About 60% of males and 40% females are particularly overweight or obese in 2004 to 2005. The most of females consider themselves it, but a half of males not.
Comparing by age, about 25% of males in the 45 to 54 age group and females in the 55 to 64 age group are high rate of obese.
“Inactivity is one of the main reasons why two-thirds of men and over one half of women in the 45 to 64 age group are overweight or obese,” says Gavin Turrell.
Actually, people of overweight or obese who are physically inactive are apt to be ill. For example, Ischaemic heart disease 1.5, Type 2 ciabetes 2.9, Arthritis 1.3, Malignant cancer 1.2, High blood pressure 1.9 and High cholesterol 1.3. He says “Being inactive increase the risk of obesity, chronic disease, heart disease, diabetes, come cancers, arthritis and depression.”
He mentioned “If the 45 to 64 age group don’t become more active and lose more weight, they will compromise their health, their quality of life and place a great burden on the health care system.”
I think so too. There are many ways which lose weight. I recommend people do exercise. I want people to cherish their health.
